The manager in charge of preparing the corporate financial documents is appointed by the Board of Directors and carries out the tasks listed under Art. 154-bis of the Consolidated Law on Finance, providing guidelines on administrative and accounting procedures.
He specifically deals with the preparation of the Company’s accounting documents, working with the Board of Directors, which makes sure that he has all the necessary and appropriate powers.
The current director responsible for preparing the corporate accounting documents is the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Fabio Peretti, as appointed on 3rd May 2023.
