The Board of Statutory Auditors has the task of monitoring compliance with the law and the Articles of Association, in particular as regards the principles of correct administration about the corporate business, verifying the efficiency of the organisational structure, the internal control system, and the Company's accounting system.
At present, the board numbers 3 regular members and two alternate members, who shall remain in office for three financial years:
