The Board has adopted since May 2006 its “Internal Dealing Procedure”, constantly updated, finally following the entering into force of the UE n.596/2014 Regulation (so-called “MAR), to ensure correct and adequate transparency of information in respect of the market in relation to transaction carried out by persons internal to the Company on its securities.
