The Board of Directors has the necessary powers for the ordinary and extraordinary management of the Group and the faculty to act in all ways it deems appropriate for the implementation and attainment of the company object.
The number of members is determined by the Shareholders' Meeting, from a minimum of three to a maximum of fifteen. It also decides their term of office, which can be up to three financial years.
