SARAS SPA QUALITY POLICY
Saras SpA Quality Policy is defined in compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard and it expresses the basic requirements of the Quality Management System implemented in the company.
It summarizes and formalizes the commitment of the Top Management and of Saras SpA to satisfy the applicable requirements of the law, customers and stakeholders.
It has been developed by the Top Management taking into account the context in which Saras SpA operates and the expectations of its stakeholders. Regular monitoring of changes is performed, in order to identify any needs for continuous improvement.
The guiding principles and objectives that the Top Management has identified for its Quality Management System are compliance with regulations, customer and supplier satisfaction, promotion of the culture of Quality, financial stability, valorisation of human resources, and the search for continuous improvement.
