The Lead Independent Director collaborates with the Chairman of the Board of Directors to guarantee that the flows of information reach directors in full and timely manner, as recommended by the Corporate Governance Code.
The Lead Independent Director also has the faculty to convene, on his own initiative or upon request of other directors, specific meetings reserved to independent or non-executive directors, to discuss matters of interest in respect of the functioning of the Board of Directors or company management.
